Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and competitive intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary frameworks to stakeholders and translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and emerging technology adoption
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with demonstrated impact on product roadmaps
- Strong publication record (white papers, patents, or industry talks) on future technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD in CS, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred)
- Global network of contacts in tech innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
