Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and scale breakthrough innovations
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital for experimental technology initiatives
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Patent at least 3 novel technology methodologies annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in neural networks, distributed ledger tech, and synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) or Neural Architecture Design
