Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives

- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Published thought leadership on future-tech scenarios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
