Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Theory with 8+ years experience
- Published author in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Track record advising Fortune 100 companies on 5+ year tech transformations
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in ISO 42001 AI Management Systems
