Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks focusing on 2026+ market trends
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AGI, biotech) and competitive implications
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and regulatory futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on tech adoption pathways
- Produce executive briefings on technology risk/opportunity scenarios
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 deployment
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on 5+ year strategic planning
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
