Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption windows
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify acquisition targets in frontier tech
- Present strategic briefings to board members on paradigm-shifting innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or predictive analysis
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to commercialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Certified in Foresight Methodology (CFP) or equivalent foresight accreditation
- Experience with scenario planning for exponential technology disruption
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
