Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Anticipate global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 deployments
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire emerging 2026-relevant startups
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Coordinate with UN tech councils on sustainable development goals alignment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years post-2020 horizon planning
- Published work on singularity-adjacent technologies or exponential growth models
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (GPT-4, Metaculus, etc.)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech policy landscapes (EU AI Act, US quantum initiatives)
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with 5-year timelines
