Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation horizons
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AGI implications for market disruption
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite on technological disruption scenarios
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech incubators and research institutions
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling business narratives for stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation culture through cross-functional prototyping sprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/AR)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Exceptional strategic communication with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight publications
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Strategy preferred
