Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce comprehensive ethical frameworks for AGI and advanced machine learning systems leading up to the 2026 deployment phase.
- Conduct rigorous bias audits and impact assessments on proprietary algorithms to ensure equitable outcomes across diverse user demographics.
- Advise executive leadership and product teams on navigating the evolving regulatory landscape of autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate "Ethics by Design" principles into the core architecture of our products.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including policymakers, ethicists, and civil society groups, to foster transparent dialogue.
- Create educational materials and workshops to upskill internal teams on AI safety and responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Political Science, Law, or a related field with a focus on technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI ethics, policy development, or regulatory compliance within the tech industry.
- Deep technical fluency: Ability to understand and critically evaluate complex machine learning models and data structures.
- Proven track record of influencing decision-making processes at the executive level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
