Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Big Data analytics.
- Strong understanding of emerging trends such as Web3, the Metaverse, and Sustainable Tech.
- Experience managing large-scale technical projects with multi-year timelines.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
