Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technology roadmap for Nexus Horizon through the year 2026, identifying key inflection points in AI and automation.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, spatial computing) to determine strategic fit for our core products.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term technical vision with business objectives.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-generation architectures, ensuring zero downtime during the transition.
- Build and manage a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and systems engineers.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapidly evolving tech stacks.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and defining long-term technical strategies.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations relevant to 2026 standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
