Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology architecture
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year horizon projects
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
