Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen quantum neural architectures for real-time multimodal processing
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in neuro-symbolic AI and explainable machine learning
- Develop novel reinforcement learning frameworks for autonomous system adaptation
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize hybrid AI-quantum workflows
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor PhD interns in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years industry research
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch 3.0, TensorFlow Quantum, and Qiskit frameworks
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences or Nature journals
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and spiking neural networks
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation techniques
