- Develop patent portfolios with 15+ annual filings in AI/bio-convergence
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and congressional committees
- Mentor teams in exponential technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, or Aerospace Engineering
- 10+ years scaling R&D programs from concept to market
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized exponential technologies
- Clearances for federal innovation programs (DARPA/NIH preferred)
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., SFI, Foresight Platform)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
