Responsibilities
Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as Quantum Computing and Advanced AI.Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives focused on futuristic solutions.Collaborate with executive leadership to align long-term technology vision with business goals.Assess and integrate disruptive technologies to enhance product capabilities.Oversee the creation of proof-of-concepts for next-generation digital products.Monitor global technology shifts to ensure our strategic positioning remains competitive.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning and R&D.Proven track record of leading innovation within a high-growth tech environment.Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Augmented Reality trends.Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market and technological shifts.Excellent communication skills to articulate complex future concepts to stakeholders.Experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
