Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic vision for emerging technologies (2026-2031)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Establish partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and EU Horizon initiatives
- Author white papers on climate-positive innovation pathways
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture capital
- Present at World Economic Forum and TED conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in C-suite tech strategy with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature Futures or equivalent journal
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from lab to market
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and circular economics
