Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends through 2026
- Create scenario-based strategic plans for disruptive technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-facing opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations
- Design and implement horizon scanning systems for early detection of market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, partners, and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
