Your insights will directly shape multi-year innovation portfolios and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce forward-looking reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into actionable R&D priorities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight findings to board members and investors
- Monitor emerging technologies and geopolitical shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong network in futurist and technology innovation communities
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
