Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate emerging ethical and regulatory challenges
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for next-generation tech adoption
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable innovation and human-centric technology
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions in emerging domains
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators impacting technological trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or technology assessment
