Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence

- Produce annual 'Future Horizon Reports' with predictive market analysis
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ successful innovation initiatives
