Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-era AI and quantum integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech threats and opportunities
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Maintain partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ publications in top-tier journals
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or blockchain architecture
- Proven track record of securing federal or corporate R&D grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
