Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in building prototype ecosystems for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and patent opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future vision frameworks to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech ventures (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Experience with international innovation policy frameworks
- Fluency in at least one major programming language (Python/Java/C++)
