Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-transforming products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or advanced robotics
- Strong strategic planning with experience in multi-year horizon forecasting
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ members while maintaining innovation velocity
