Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products and services
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic implementation
- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with global partners to shape industry standards
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Strategic planning experience with 5-year roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management
- PhD or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Experience scaling innovation teams to 50+ members
