Responsibilities

- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 strategic initiatives
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with long-term corporate vision
- Present findings to investors and industry stakeholders at global tech forums
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Track and report KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to commercialization
- Strong background in sustainable technology and ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in innovation management tools (e.g., Pivotal, Aha!)
