Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning departmental goals with the company’s long-term vision.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Predictive Modeling: Utilize advanced data analytics to forecast market shifts and build scenario planning models for future business environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to the C-suite and board of directors with clarity and impact.
- Operational Alignment: Work closely with CTOs and COOs to translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
- Financial Planning: Assist in the development of long-term financial projections and resource allocation strategies.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, etc.) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive-level operations.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
