Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable tech integration and ethical AI deployment
- Direct cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Prior experience in strategic technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum)
