Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation pipeline, aligning with market trends and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Identify and validate disruptive business models through rapid experimentation and market testing
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for ecosystem building
- Present innovation frameworks to the board of directors with data-driven risk/reward analysis
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in human-centered design methodologies
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed innovation DNA across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership with proven track record of scaling breakthrough concepts
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Futurism required; PhD or MBA strongly preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with experience building multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Demonstrated success in launching minimum viable products in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy)
- Proficiency in design thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Global network of innovation stakeholders and ability to secure high-stake partnerships
