Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen AI, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-innovate
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across global timezones
