Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and error correction
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Collaborate with NASA, CERN, and MIT on quantum simulation projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms on platforms like IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries
- Experience with cloud quantum services (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
