- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable tech and ethical AI
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and scenario planning
- Experience with ethical tech governance and sustainability principles
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
