Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including AGI frameworks and quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ specialists in rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Establish industry-wide standards for ethical AI deployment and quantum data security
- Present innovations at global forums like Web Summit and CES Future Tech Stage
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two patented technologies with $10M+ commercial impact
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-negative tech
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE) on 2030+ tech trends
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
- Experience securing government SBIR/STTR grants for emerging technologies
