- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for decentralized identity and Web3.0 infrastructure
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI governance
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy predictive analytics for climate resilience
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants for sustainable technology development
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging fields like neuro-quantum interfaces
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough human-computation symbiosis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and NIST quantum standards
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor roadmaps beyond Moore's Law
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Speaker at TED or equivalent tech thought leadership forums
