- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure funding for high-impact projects
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Deep expertise in future trend analysis and technology forecasting
- Exceptional strategic planning and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
