Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and socioeconomic shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs across global operations
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking and exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
