- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation portfolio and resource allocation
- Develop intellectual property strategies to secure competitive advantages
- Mentor a team of 8-12 engineers and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product leadership
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies (VC-backed startups preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Executive-level stakeholder management and pitch experience
- MSc or PhD in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
