Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias mitigation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles
- Advocate for transparent AI governance in regulatory policy discussions
- Conduct foresight research on emerging ethical challenges post-2025
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech implementation
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI ethics frameworks
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Proven track record of scaling ethical initiatives in tech
