Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and opportunities
- Lead strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical implementation of emerging technologies
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
