Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline long-term technical goals and deliverables for the Vision Initiative.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models that drive core business value.
- Talent Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient systems capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AGI) into our existing stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
