Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable energy solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Mentor a 12-person multidisciplinary innovation team
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and design thinking
- Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
