- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to commercialization

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering market-defining products by 2020-2025
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strategic planning experience with $50M+ innovation budgets
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- PhD or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
