Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions
- Analyze tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic advantages
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and data science
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Drive intellectual property development and patent strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
