Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with proven impact beyond current market cycles
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year development lifecycles
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
