Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology ecosystems
- Oversee the Innovation Pipeline, ensuring continuous R&D output
- Champion ethical innovation practices across all development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network of connections in global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Innovation Management or Foresight methodologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
