Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology verticals
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup opportunities for acquisition/partnerships
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Present trend analyses to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build proprietary forecasting models using AI-driven scenario planning
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in corporate strategy or venture capital
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight publications
- Experience building innovation pipelines from ideation to commercialization
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester methodologies)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-product translations
