Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to position company as industry thought leader
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) or equivalent
