Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate vision into scalable technical implementations
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting future markets
- Mentor junior strategists in futuristic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (post-2025 roadmap experience preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIMS)
- Exceptional data visualization skills for complex scenario planning
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Davos, MIT Media Lab, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three future-tech commercialization projects
