Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions with industry partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual R&D budgets for future-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on next-gen projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (quantum/AI/bio-tech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market impact
