Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy
