Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities in sustainable tech
- Design human-centered innovation roadmaps for next-gen interfaces and experiences
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-state concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Publication record in futurism or technology foresight publications
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFIP preferred)
